Position: DUKW CAPTAIN/USCG CERTIFIED
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Typical tasks performed include a combination:
- Smile and treat guests with friendliness and respect.
- Operate the Shuttle in respect to applicable safety policies and laws.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles.
- Complete daily safety checks before the vehicle can be put into service.
- Assist with loading and unloading of passengers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Must read, write, and speak the English language.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Must be able to entertain guests appropriately.
- Valid Kentucky class "B" or "A" CDL driver's license with "P" endorsement or ability and desire to obtain this license.
- Must be a USCG licensed captain (100 ton).
NATURE OF WORK:
- Seasonal positions; closed in winter months based on weather conditions.
- Must be able to work in outside conditions.
